All of the courses that Donald Halfkenny teaches either under the name the Ling Shu Institute, or in other schools or institutes, are practical clinical courses. Though some courses do deal with theoretical concepts, the goal and main content of each course is to aid the clinician in the practical implementation of these classical concepts and techniques in their daily clinical practice.

Seminars, Ambulatorium, Supervision and Workshops can also be organized for small groups.
